London Broadcasting Company is a Dallas-based media

company focused on owning and operating media properties in the

State of Texas and other parts of the Southern US. The Company

currently owns two stations in Texas. KCEN-TV in Waco-Temple-Bryan

and KYTX-CBS 19 in Tyler-Longview, the 94th and 110th television

markets in the United States as measured by A.C. Nielsen.

The Company plans to acquire broadcast properties in Texas

and surrounding states creating a Texas-based regional

broadcast group.

Acquisition Criteria

When reviewing acquisition candidates, the Company will evaluate a

number of items including market potential, the station’s management,

audience share, revenue share, network affiliation and programming

commitments. We prefer to acquire stations that are not the leader in

the market, but have the long-range potential to become so.
